Waiting for flowers to bloom

This drawing is about the sense of place, in fact, many of my works are about the sense of place, a portable sense of place. There are many definitions of the sense of place.
"Sense of place is a particular experience of a person in a particular setting" - Fritz Steele
"Sence of place is the lens through which people experience and make meaning of their experiences in and with the palce." - Jennifer D. Adams
Through reading about "The sense of place", the idea of a portable sense of place unfolds. This isn't a new idea, but perhaps something that one experience without noticing.
Plants are such great companion for our well-being, and by seeing out little plants as a portable sense of place, we are able to build a bridge with nature that is not restricted by physical limitations.

What is your portable sense of place?
