Illustrator, Printmaker from Hong Kong and based in the UK
Edwina Kung is an illustrator, fine artist and printmaker. Edwina’s practice consistently explores how we respond to our surroundings to create a meaningful relationship with people, memories and places. Inspired by personal and collective experiences.
She creates her own language in her work through careful, deliberate textures and mark-making, weaving and revealing traces of the process. Reflecting the thought processes and ideas that underpin her work.
She received education in Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA and UK, and completed her MFA in Fine Art from Nottingham Trent University.
